My previous roles have solidified my passion for providing reliable care and support to families. Im a CNA worked in man nursing home facilities and in home care. I provide updates through written reports and verbal check-ins, always following the family's preferred communication style. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I can assist with daily tasks, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I also provide hospice services and medical management.
