Most importantly, she cares for my grandmother with genuine kindness and patience. She is attentive to every detail of my grandmother’s needs. She thoughtfully prepares her meals, plates them beautifully, and sits with her at the table to make sure she eats comfortably. In the evenings, she takes her time getting her settled and ready for bed, always with respect and care. I truly cannot say enough good things about Victoria. I trust her completely, and we feel incredibly fortunate that she is part of our care team. We are very lucky to have her.
