I can de-escalate stressful situations and redirect attention. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I communicate with families I their preferred method. I have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
