About Vijitha

I am a life long teacher, 20 years as Math teacher in Srilanka and 8 years as childcare teacher in the USA. My education level is Associate Degree in teaching. I possess all required certifications to work as child care teacher. My proven method of care is providing materials for open ended activities and guide them only if needed, observe, take down notes for assessment. I have videos of children participating in those activities I believe, in that way we can help them build strong foundation for future learning. I am healthy, energetic, compassionate and reliable. Most center directors are aware of that but they are helpless because those teachers are so dominant as
