Violet is amazing! We were so nervous to hire someone to care for our son when he was a newborn, but Violet took great care of him and was super patient and loving through lots of re-flux and sleep refusal. Violet is super reliable, responsible, and we loved how she actively engaged with our son in lots of activities each day. She cared for him full time for about a year and a half before he started at an early learning center, and my now toddler still asks about her and gets so excited when she comes for occasional sitting.
