About Virginia

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For over 20 years, I've dedicated myself to providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged newborn to 11 years old. My background includes some college, coursework in Early Child Development, and experience as a Certified Teacher. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR. I strive to be patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to five children and enforcing household rules. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular text or phone calls. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life and support families is why I love this work. I hope to bring my enthusiasm and skills to your family.
