Virginia worked with me on my areas of concern and expectations and ensured to communicate her availability and/or if she was running late, when she arrived, and when she left. Big let down!  

I talked with her over messages and phone calls.   She agreed to the hours and work to be performed.  

Her work was so-so (she left cobwebs in 2 different rooms she cleaned).  But the most dissapointing part was we turned many qualified people away to allow her to take the job.  

She gave us a excuse on a day she didn't come over, and then the following day, cancelled without notice.  The least she could have done was communicate ahead of time so we were not blindsided.  Don't count on her to be a perfectionist on her work, or even count on her showing up 100%.
