I have a CNA certificate, 10years experience as a caregiver, Nursing home, assisted living facilities, private home. Provide basic care, daily activities, bathing, vital signs, housekeeping, transportation etc.

I'm grateful for the help that Vivian gave me in caring for my mom during the final nine months of her life. Vivian was extremely competent and caring. She was dependable to the point of working seven days a week when needed. I felt very confident leaving her with my mom when I had to leave the house or go out of town.

Vivian provided exceptional care of my mother for the past 1.75 years before we moved her to an assisted living community. My mother has mobility issues and complex health issues but is mentally very sharp still at age 89. Vivian was punctual, professional, is well-trained with nursing and clinical skills, and was able to support my mother's personal needs and activities of daily living very effectively. She also efficiently grocery shopped, cooked, picked up prescriptions, and assisted my mother in getting to appointments and local activities to help her physical and mental wellbeing. In addition to all of the things she did every day, she had a very positive attitude, great sense of humor and strong communication skills which was very helpful to our family. Vivian is also extremely reliable which I greatly appreciated - not one time did she ever not show up or show up late without communicating and finding a backup solution from her deep network of caregivers. She is simply terrific, and any family would be lucky to have her care for their senior loved one!  

Vivian’s approach was kindness while convincing my dad to do things even when he didn’t want to, whether to eat or to move about, and understanding when he couldn’t. She was always kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about how to care for him 

Vivian cared for my father for the last 16 months of his life, as he dealt with late stage Parkinson's disease.  She worked 7 nights a week and never once called out at the last minute.

My father looked forward to Vivian's shifts and looked to her for comfort during the middle of the night when he couldn't sleep (which was almost every night).  

Vivian has an upbeat personality, which is so valuable in a person caring for the elderly.  She was able to cheer him up when he needed it.  Vivian had a knack for getting my father to eat late in day (particularly if he hadn't eaten much during the day).  Vivian is skilled at all the tasks necessary for a caregiver of the elderly.  She can take blood pressure, O2 level, blood sugar level and provide nebulizer treatments.  We slept peacefully knowing that Vivian was with my father at night. 

Vivian was thoughtful, not just with my father but with the family.  

Vivian helped take care of my mom the last couple months of her life after her stroke.  She worked 7 nights a week, 12 hour shifts, until she passed away.  She took excellent care of my mom and was very tender with her.  I felt confident leaving my mom in her care.

Vivian connected with our love one the family immediately, she worked at night with my Uncle and he would say she right there when I move to get up. He looked forward to seeing her come, she took very good care of him I had no need to worry. She always communicated with me about his will being. The day I interviewed Vivian and other candidates no one else came close. I highly recommend Vivian to take care of your Love One.

My family hired Vivian last year after my 90+ year old father had fallen ill.  His mobility and quality of life was declining and I was the sole full time, live in caretaker while I (tried to) worked full time.

Vivian instantly became family.  We sincerely LOVE her.  She is genuine, caring and brought a bright light to our household.  My Dad's health has improved and his independence returned.  Vivian did everything we asked and so much more.  

ANYONE would be BLESSED to have Vivian as a friend or as a caring senior assistant.  There were NEVER any issues.  We completely trusted her with our families most prized member and will fight to have her back if her services are ever needed again!

Vivian is a nurturing, loving, experienced caretaker who provided dynamic care to our mother following several medical issues, surgery, and rehab. Vivian went above and beyond grooming, prepping meals, administering medication, providing physical and occupational therapy, and nursing care. She is diligent, hardworking, punctual, and a true blessing to our family in assisting with managed care.

Vivian took care of my father who had vascular dementia and had suffered from a stroke and primarily used a wheel chair. She was very good at engaging him, keeping him to a predictable schedule, helping him with his eating, his ADLs, and general mobility. Vivian cared for my dying father for more than 6 months.  She was his, and our, favorite caregiver! She is patient, kind, helpful, thoughtful and has a great positive attitude. My father suffered from cancer and dementia and she was so caring during those long nights and last days. His dementia meant that he could be confused or grouchy but she was always able to sweet talk him back into a good mood. We recommend her highly!

Vivian was the overnight caretaker for most of the last year of my father's life. She was a joy to see in action. She was always on time, positive, and joyful in her work even when Dad was very difficult due to dementia. She was also helpful, and attentive to family members and put us at ease. We always knew Dad was in very good hands when Vivian was with him. Even though Dad couldn't remember her from day to day, he often had a smile on his face when he saw her. You cannot find a more caring and capable person.

Vivian worked for me ... she did a great job taking care of my  father , for the past 6months... before he passed . He had cancer and she took very good care of him . I recommend her for any one looking for a great outstanding care giver.

We have been using caregivers but working with Vivian was the best decision ever. We feel very blessed to have come across her.
