We hired Wendy for a relatively tough job, and she has excelled. We were in a state of flux, as our very active toddler of 2.5 years was beginning his transition to preschool. We decided that we needed a full time nanny, but just for a short period of time (6 weeks) to help us with the transition. Wendy was faced with the very difficult task of bonding with our son and learning his routines and language in a very short time. On top of it all, it was flu season and holiday season, with grandparents and siblings dropping in all the time. Wendy has done a great job with all these challenges - she was able to get along and get our son to be very comfortable with her nearly instantly. Our extended family gave her great reviews and importantly she did a great job when C. got sick from school, keeping us updated and communicating to us on how he was feeling at all times. We would be happy to provide a glowing recommendation for Wendy for any of her future potential families.
