About Whitney

Hello! My name is Whitney. I am a passionate and kind lover of children and animals. I have 10 years of work experience as a babysitter and daycare worker working with children of 0-5 years of age. I grew up as the eldest with 2 younger siblings. I have a bachelor's degree in fine arts and a love of bringing art and literature to children even at an early age. I follow the parents' lead for all childhood activities and personally champion a gentle and attentive approach. I aim to spend my workday joyfully caring for children and contributing to their development. I have worked at 3 daycares and babysat for 3 families regularly. My typical day would include preparing and feeding the children breakfast, lunch, and two snacks, reading, taking the children on field trips, and going on daily walks. I also do: recess, putting them down for naps, dinner, bath, bedtime, dressing the children, playing, reading, and going on outings. I have also supervised homework and teach sharing.
