Willow, who babysat for my son, Gio, who is high-energy and has ASD/ADHD, and she was wonderful. She came in with calm energy, let him come to her at his own pace, and was able to read his energy with great intuition—which is exactly what you need to be a successful sitter for neurodiverse kids. Gio doesn’t always connect with new people, but he immediately felt comfortable with Willow. As a special needs parent, hiring someone new comes with extra anxiety, and Willow not only listened to Gio but also read my energy, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She handled routines smoothly, kept me updated, and made the whole experience stress-free. Gio had so much fun that they woke up the next day talking about their activities, and I would absolutely hire Willow again.
