My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, building upon positive experiences in previous care roles. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have a high school degree and current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and I hope to bring that same dedication to your family.
