About Xaviera

Hi, my name is Xaviera, pronounced (suh-vair-uh)! With 5 years of professional experience as a primary grade school teacher and infant/toddler daycare teacher, along with some babysitting experiences, I have many tools and strategies under my belt. I enjoy building trusting relationships with children, and helping them learn about themselves and the world around them. Additionally, with every interaction that I have had with children, my wish is to have helped them feel empowered and confident in themselves in some way. I like working with kids because they bring so much extra life and perspective to things! They are so funny too! It's heartwarming to see them learn something new and feel proud of themselves. The smiles that light up are the best! In my spare time, I like to read fictional books, get outdoors, and spend time with my family. I'd describe my personality as friendly, empathetic, and curious.
