About Yanitza

Supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors is my passion. My name is Yanitza, and I have dedicated the past 10 years to providing exceptional care. I graduated college with studies in health and home care. As a Registered Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Certified Home Health Aid, I am equipped to handle a wide range of needs. I offer respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands and shopping. I can also provide home health services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support with physical activity. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me.
