I have 16 years of paid experience working with children, including those with autism, and I've managed up to 5 kids at a time in a home setting. I've worked with as young as 10 days old to teenagers.

Ten stars! Yasmeen is a lifesaver! She answered our last minute ad and our daughter LOVED her.  Yasmeen was clearly very experienced with little ones and knew just how to make our daughter comfortable. They played all afternoon. I will absolutely be hiring her again! 

Yasmeen was absolutely incredible with our 3-month old. We hired her as a full time nanny and she was at ease with our family immediately. Our daughter needs some extra PT exercises and doctor’s appointments, and Yasmeen was eager to learn and practice with our daughter every day. She helped figure out a routine and provided a day full of age-appropriate activities. Our toddler, who Yasmeen would only see in the mornings, also took a liking to her. Highly recommend Yasmeen for full time nanny work or evening/weekend babysitting. 

Yasmeen was so wonderful and kind. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, timely and communicative. We ended up going with another caregiver but Yasmeen was in our top two out of 20+ applicants. 

Yasmeen took care of our sweet 3 month old boy so well. From the jump she was great at communicating and was always on time. You’d be lucky to have her. 

Yasmeen looked after our son from when he was a few weeks to around 9 months old. We LOVE her! She is thoughtful, calm, and so good with babies — it was so reassuring having her with us as first time parents. Any family would be lucky to have her look after their little ones.

Yasmeen was great with my baby girl.  She kept up with the schedule we put in place with no issue. I cannot say enough good things about her! Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Yasmeen was a godsend! She began providing overnight care to our twins when they were just 12 days old, and continued with us for 4 months. She was absolutely amazing with the babies - gentle, experienced, and seemingly unphased by the chaos of premature twins. She responded to them so quickly that we rarely heard them, which is quite the feat given our thin walls. Overall, she is super friendly, smart, trustworthy, and punctual. Would highly recommend her!

My husband and I hired Yasmeen for 2-3 nights a week to care for our twins from when they were six week to about three months. She was awesome! I'm a super light sleeper and I never heard a peep from my kids because she responded to them so quickly and was so soothing! Yasmeen is really friendly,  personable, and knowledgeable. She was also really respectful our our religious and cultural practices (we keep kosher). We would have continued hiring her for daytime hours but we moved away. We highly recommend Yasmeen to all parents!

Yasmeen cared for our almost 1 year old with such attention and patience, she's the absolute best.  Had it not been for a change to our work schedules, we would have kept Yasmeen on forever, and when things change back to normal for us we hope to continue to have her help us with our little one.  Yasmeen would read, play, educate, entertain, nap, change, and give her full attention and devotion to our girl.  A huge recommendation from us!  Thank you Yasmeen.

Yasmeen was very helpful while we were in town for a wedding. She knew just how to figure out a long afternoon and evening of babysitting in a hotel. She was very responsive and texted right back when she had the little one, was flexible and had a very kind demeanor. She was knowledgeable and also relaxed in a way that made me relaxed.

We hired Yasmeen for an intermittent job to come three days a week over a period of about a month. My sense is that there were a lot of things going on in her life at the time, but she unfortunately ended up canceling last minute 3 out of the 9 days we had planned to hire her (another time she couldn't make it but let us know like 3 days in advance). I understand there can be extenuating circumstances, but this pattern was sufficiently frequent that it made our lives tricky when we were counting on her to come take care of our 3 month old. When she was able to make it, she was great -- warm and loving to our baby. But we really needed the reliability and unfortunately Yasmeen left us scrambling on multiple occasions.

Yasmeen was very responsive both leading up to the sitting job-making time to meet with us virtually at the last minute-upon arrival, and when we returned home. Yasmeen made a good effort to engage and entertain our daughter during their time together and was also able to reassure and comfort her when she was reluctant to go to bed before we arrived home. We would definitely welcome Yasmeen back for another sitting job.

Yasmeen is one of the best !! She's always punctual whether it's from just coming to work or following the routine that's given to her . She's really an expert at what she's does and leaves a good impression on one !

She works very well with children . Children love her including my daughter . Yasmeen has been with my child since she's been 1 years old my child is now 6 . My daughter has learned a lot from Yasmeen . From potty training , being independent , and much more.
