She started working with us September 2024 the only reason we are not continuing with her is that we decided to start her in school. From the get go she was open to direction and implemented anything asked of her. Her greatest strength is her ability to create a truly calm and nurturing environment. She brings warmth and attentiveness each day; always prioritizing our child's well-being while also encouraging her growth, curiosity and confidence. You can see this support and love in our child - Even when Y isn't with us she'll ask for her and “talk” about things they do together. She also does great with grandparents - acting as part of my daughters “entourage” as they call it. All four grandparents give her rave reviews and always comment how lucky we are to have found her. That all being said we trust her completely and are continually grateful for the care and positive energy she brings into our home each day. She has been an incredible asset and become a part of our family that we will all greatly miss seeing regularly. I recommend her highly and wholeheartedly. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their nanny.
