Experience: 6 yrs
I always knew I would work with kids. Growing up all my teachers always noted the ability I had to teach my peers and the patience to ensure they understood it. Being the oldest of 6 probably helped with that. Children are the future and their first 3 years of life are the most important. Teaching and helping kids no matter their age has always been a passion of mine and it's definitely a career that both chose me and I chose it.
Yocelyn cared for our daughter from 6–9 months old (a three-month period), and those months were smooth and easygoing. She bonded with our daughter from day one, and that connection only grew stronger and more loving with time. Within a few days, we no longer had to worry about bottles, milk, or meals—Yocelyn was fully self-sufficient and attentive to our daughter’s feeding needs. Yocelyn even talked to her a lot and sang to her which our daughter enjoyed. She was consistently punctual and only called out when absolutely necessary, which made a huge difference for two working parents. Overall, Yocelyn is a wonderful nanny who truly puts her heart into her work.
