With three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, compassionate, and always strive to be friendly and approachable. I offer respite care, live-in care, transportation, and personal care. I'm also comfortable with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I respect each individual's independence and communicate with families using their preferred method.
