Yuzhen has worked for my family for over three years. In all that time, she has never once missed a day of work. She is extremely smart, professional, thoughtful, and hardworking. She comes to my house twice a week (formerly three times a week, but I had to reduce her hours due to budget limitations) and does laundry, dishes, general tidying, refreshes the bathrooms/toilets, mops and vacuums the floors, and takes out the trash/empties the bins. Yuzhen is always thinking about how to be most helpful and how to make things easier on the family. I rely on her for my sanity and the general functioning of my home. I couldn't live without her!
