Early retiree from a career in software engineering with a lifelong love for caring for infants and toddlers. When my own children were young, I stayed home with them while also providing care for other families. Over the years, I've helped nurture the growth and development of 12 children. I currently work part-time as a nanny for 3 girls (6 weeks-3 years) whom I've cared for since birth. Their staggered schedules allow me to give each child meaningful one-on-one attention. My approach focuses on nurturing care while supporting early milestones through tummy time, sensory play, music, reading, outdoor exploration, and language-rich interaction. I'm very comfortable with newborn routines, feeding transitions, and sleep schedules. Due to a recent schedule change, I now have availability for another family. Care can be provided in my home or yours. I also have car seats installed and a clean driving record.
