With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors, I'm a Certified Home Health Aide driven by a passion for supporting well-being and independence. My college education complements my hands-on experience in providing respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I'm also adept at personal care, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I excel at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients and maintain open communication with families through written reports, texts, or calls, always following their preferred method.
