Zam is the most wonderful, caring, attentive and kind nanny. She cared for our son for 1.5 years, and we cannot say enough amazing things about Zam. We never had to worry about our child while he was in Zam's care. She has worked in child care for over 8 years and also is a certified nursing assistant, making her uniquely qualified in the event of an emergency as well as trained to care for medically complex children. She is super reliable and wonderful with kids. She's never on her phone and doesn't put children in front of screens; she's instead always by their side helping them learn and play and laugh. She also taught our son so much - he even knew numbers and letters before he was 20 months old and that's a testament to Zam. We highly recommend her!
