I've cared for kids ages 2 weeks to 13 years old, I bring energy and creative spark to the table, genuine care and relationship building with the kids, as well as flexibility working with parents work/life schedules. I'm attentive to the individualized care each child needs and frequently check in with the parents to ensure we have the same goals in mind. I enjoy a degree of autonomy and seek out age appropriate activities for kids however scheduling of activities by parents is encouraged.
