Hello! My name is Zyla, and I am a health science major focused in nursing. I care for children of all ages, seniors, and pets as well! I also offer household services and love all kinds of animals. I am the eldest daughter of my immigrant family. I have been caring for my younger family for as long as I can remember. It has always been natural for me, since it is a responsibility I have always had. I would bring them to and from school, cook for them, tutoring, and clean or run errand, whilst keeping an eye of them. I have done all of the same and more with my senior family, as well. Not to mention, I was a CPR/AED certified lifeguard with several years experience. Additionally, I did three sports in high school: volleyball, basketball, and track & field. I went to sectionals for shotput and discus back then-and I am currently a 2x champion for the intramural volleyball league at the Sacramento State gym. We need assistance on certain days with our senior dad, who has dementia and requires specific routines he is accustomed to. Zyla did a great job during the few times she was with us. She followed my instructions closely and was very attentive while she was here. We appreciated her communication, as she kept us informed if anything arose. Zyla offered great ideas and actively listened to my dad, which was wonderful since he loves to talk. She helped provide premade food at designated times for breakfast and lunch, and overall, she did an excellent job. She also assisted by letting our dogs out. We truly appreciated the time she spent caring for our dad.
