I liked that the instructor and TRM rep returned calls and/or inquiries promptly. They also helped with rescheduling and provided just the right information...made it easy for me. Also, at the end of her first lesson, my daughter was happy and actually interested in returning. She would have bluntly said otherwise if she didn't like the instrument or instructor. So I am happy to add more lessons.
