What to expect in class: We boogie down with our babies, get up and dance, give them baby massages, sing them songs, and explore new physical challenges every week through teacher-led activities on the equipment. Explore tummy time from a new perspective or on a new texture, slide down slides on soft lambskins, or take a ride in a gentle swing! Play as a group and socialize with others! Get ready to ROAR into the summer with a week of musical theater fun inspired by THE LION KING! Inspired by the hit Broadway show, this week-long camp combines the magic of musical theater with the fun and freedom of summer to help campers develop the skills every performer needs to perform on a Broadway Stage! Campers will spend the week singing, dancing, acting, and rehearsing for their Final Performance which will take place on the last day of camp! They’ll also be given the chance to discover what goes on “behind the scenes” helping to create costume pieces, sets, and props that they'll use in their final performance! Don’t worry – it’s not all work and no play here at Stages! We take advantage of the fun and freedom of summer, ensuring campers have time outside each day as well as free play (and rest). Best of all? Our camps are run by professional teaching artists with years of experience on professional stages as well as in the classroom so you can drop-off feeling confident that your child will be in good hands all week long. This fun and energetic combo class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both jazz and tap dance in a supportive and engaging environment. Students will build coordination, rhythm, flexibility, balance, and musicality while learning beginner jazz technique and foundational tap skills. Class will include warm-ups, across-the-floor exercises, basic combinations, and age-appropriate choreography designed to keep dancers moving and learning. Through both styles, dancers will develop confidence, classroom discipline, listening skills, and performance quality while exploring movement and self-expression. Jazz encourages strong technique, sharp movement, and stage presence, while tap focuses on rhythm, timing, and sound awareness. This class provides a strong foundation for future dance training and performance opportunities. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and have fun! It’s all about opposites: loud and quiet, fast and slow, up and down! Contrasting ‘themes’ help your child learn better ways to communicate. We move across the bridge sllowwwly and then fast! They'll learn how to control body movements and use their body to navigate and problem solve across monkey bars, giant cushions, and through little tunnels. We’ll also practice repetition and routine with regular parachute and bubble activities. Soon your little one will be leading the Gymbo Dance!

Calling all aspiring performers! Come actively explore your dramatic side as you sing, dance, and act in a variety of musical theater songs, theater games, and other creative activities. Be ready to sing, move, imagine, create…and have fun!

Do you love animals and making things with your hands? In this one-week needle felting workshop, you’ll turn fluffy wool into adorable animal friends using special felting needles and lots of imagination! You’ll learn the basics of needle felting, including how to shape, layer, and attach wool to build animals step by step. From tiny ears and tails to spots, stripes, and expressions, you’ll add personality and detail to bring your creatures to life. You can create a real animal or invent one of your own! Throughout the week, you’ll practice patience, focus, and craftsmanship while working safely with special tools and plenty of guidance. By the end of the week, you’ll have one or more soft, sculpted animal friends to take home and show off. This workshop is perfect if you enjoy animals, soft materials, and creating small sculptures with big character!

The Adult Studio Art class at The Atelier School of Art is designed for artists of all skill levels, from beginners looking to explore creativity to experienced artists wanting to refine their techniques.
