I began teaching about 4 years ago, I worked for TakeLessons in which I did both Online lessons and face-to-face. I pride myself in making my students succeed, I've had students start taking lessons with me starting in the lowest orchestra and after some months they are in the top orchestra and in a couple of occasions they were also first chair. I love children and I also like getting the best out of people, I've had student much older than me and they, to this day, still thank me for helping them reach their goals. Formal Education: I am currently studying at Brookhaven College to get my teaching certificate while minoring in music. Private Education: I have had many private instructors but the one I remember the most was Alejandro Tagle. He was a very famous cellist in Chile and he taught me most of the more advanced side of the instrument. I?ve been playing guitar since I was 7 so guitar has been a part of my life for most of it. Some of my biggest influences are Slash, Randy Rhoads, John Mayer, Joe Bonamassa, Steve Clark, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eddie Van Halen, etc. I play mainly electric guitar, however I attended an arts high school where I was classically trained. The program was for teens to learn how to play in a band together and how to for an audience and be an entertainer. I?m continuing to pursue music for my career and while I?m in college I would love to pass on what I know to others and help them to grow as musicians. I?ve never taught lessons professionally before aside from assisting my peers in anything they struggled with so I?m very excited to be able to teach and inspire students that have the same passion for music as myself.
