Outdoor field games in local area parks, weather permitting. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional camp activities utilizing local area parks. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. There is a sibling discount of 20% for each child beyond the first.

Current registration is ONLY for families registered for shuttle service. Registration will be live for the public on 4/14 at 9AM. If you register and are not on a shuttle you will be fully refunded if your registration is before 4/14. This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. In a fun, energetic, and social environment, our Rising Stars will develop new skills and friendships, making this a class they’ll eagerly look forward to every week. Join the movement today! We are thrilled to announce that Beyond the Bell is a proud recipient of the Calvert County Reinvestment and Repair Fund Grant. Thanks to this support, we are launching a new, 12-week intensive afterschool program hosted at the College of Southern Maryland (Prince Frederick Campus). We are looking for students in Grades 3–8, who would thrive in a high-engagement environment focused on Social Emotional Arts and Athletics Lessons (S.E.A.A.L). This is a perfect fit for students who need: Intensive Mentorship: Small group settings designed to build deep, supportive connections with dedicated mentors. Creative & Physical Expression: A unique curriculum that blends visual arts, digital storytelling, and athletics to keep students engaged. Confidence & Resilience: Using both the arts and sports as a bridge to help students find their voice and build community. When school is out, come Flip Out! Join us for an active day of gymnastics, dance, arts & crafts, strength, flexibility, & more! Bring a nutritious snack, packed lunch, & water bottle labelled with your child's name. Dress code: leotard or form fitting clothes that they can easily move around in - no shoes or socks required!

Flipnastics is the perfect class for young athletes, whether they're just starting out or already at an intermediate gymnastics level! Our program is designed for kids ages 7-10, with class groups tailored to their individual skills to ensure a fun, safe, and engaging experience. At Flipnastics, your child will develop strength, flexibility, and confidence through structured skill progressions and focused drills. Our experienced coaches guide athletes through a variety of exciting activities designed to take their skills to the next level! Welcome to Footsteps Full Day Camp at Shores! **Enrollment is included with a minimum of 3 days per week enrollment. If you are not enrolled full time, please add the drop in fee listed on the extras tab** Full Day Camp at Footsteps includes fun and educational activities. The typical day includes indoor and outdoor choices with arts & crafts, games, sports, wheels*, gardening, and activity clubs. Two healthy snacks are included each day, no lunch is provided. Plan on bringing a healthy lunch. *Children are allowed to bring bikes, scooters, and other non-motorized wheels to ride during the day. Helmets and other safety gear must be worn, and children may only use the items they bring.

Join us for our special Open Gym story time followed by free play! Children will read stories with a teacher, bubbles and parachute time followed by 30 min of free play on the gym floor. (Note Storytime is only during Sunday Open Gym Open Gym on other days is free play)
