I love to help problem solve with students to make learning make sense! And I love the joy on a kids face when they see just how capable they really are. I started tutoring when I was in 11th grade when I volunteered to do homework help for younger students at the public library. Since then I have had a number of paid gigs tutoring students K-12 in math, physics, and SAT prep. I have particular expertise in working with students with learning disabilities like ADHD, dyslexia, and dyscalculia, as well as gifted students. I have also taught English as a foreign language to students in Madrid. In my spare time, I like to play guitar, cook Indian food, and go for walks around my neighborhood.
