About Analicia

Having students feel and know that they are capable more than what they know is what is important when it comes to my teaching philosophy. A growth mindset and self-compassion at a forefront make a huge impact on developing their skills in their academic subjects. I hold a masters and credential in Special education and am currently a Special Education teacher at a middle school. I teach support grade 6-8 mild/moderate students with IEPs in Math and English. I am confident that I will help your child in developing their skills in their academic classes while having a mindfulness approach. I'd describe my personality as kind, spirited, and optimistic I like tutoring because I want to help students who struggle in their core academic classes improve on their skills. I'm looking for a job that will tutor children that are in grades 6-8.
