With over 21 years dedicated to senior care, I'm driven by a passion for fostering independence and well-being in adults and seniors. My goal is to positively impact lives while providing families with dependable support. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I offer respite care, manage errands and shopping, provide light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with medical management. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have worked in healthcare management in both facilities and home care and have worked independently since 2007. (CNA, Memory care, ALS/MS/MSA, paralysis) I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I build connections by understanding individual preferences and personal histories. I communicate with families through verbal updates or regular calls, always respecting their preferred method.
