Hi! I'm Arana. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and currently work on Capitol Hill. I have over four years of professional tutoring experience, and additional years as a peer tutor throughout middle and high school. I spent two years as a Lead Teacher at Sylvan Learning Center in North Carolina, where I taught students in math, reading, and science. I'm also certified to teach SAT and ACT prep. Education has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy helping students build both academic skills and test-taking confidence. What I love most about tutoring is helping students realize that they can succeed and that it's always okay to ask for help.
