About Ashley

I've been working with kids for over five years in both tutoring and volunteer roles. Right now, I'm a private tutor through Grade Potential, where I plan personalized sessions, help students with their schoolwork, and keep parents in the loop with progress updates. I've also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where I helped kids with homework, played games, and built strong mentoring relationships. Before that, I worked in aftercare at Ultimate Dance Center, helping kids with homework and leading fun, structured play. I've also been involved in community events where I managed kids' games and activities. I've worked with children ages 4 to 13 and always bring patience, flexibility, and encouragement, especially when working with students who have learning challenges like ADHD or dyslexia.
