About Britny

Hello, here's a little about me! I love working with kids because it allows me to support families and build meaningful relationships. I enjoy being someone children can learn from, feel comfortable with, and have fun around, while also giving parents peace of mind when they're busy. I'm looking for a position where I can build a strong connection with both the parents and the kids so I can provide the best possible care. I graduated from San Francisco State University with a B. A. in Psychology and a minor in Race & Resistance Studies. During my time in school, I also worked at a preschool, where I gained hands-on experience supporting young children's learning, social development, and daily routines. One thing you should know about me is that I believe great childcare starts with great communication. I value staying in touch with parents so I can understand their needs and provide consistent, thoughtful care. My key skills include being communicative, caring, and understanding.
