About Caileigh

I've been caring for children for most of my life. I'm a postpartum doula, a newborn care specialist, and most importantly, a mom of two, so I know firsthand how important it is to find the right fit for your family. After struggling to find the kind of childcare environment I wanted for my own kids, I decided to create it myself. My approach blends Montessori principles with RIE parenting, focusing on respect, independence, and connection. I've often brought my older child along while nannying, and now that he's in kindergarten, I'm looking for a family with a toddler close in age to my younger daughter so she can join me at work. The kids always love having a playmate! I also bring an academic side to my care: I have a background in linguistics and French, and I regularly study psychology and child development, partly for fun, partly because it makes me a better parent and caregiver.
