About Caitlyn

Hello! My name is Caitlyn and I'm an experienced childcare provider with 7+ years in the field! Most of my experience has been with newborns and toddlers but I have worked with ages from 0 to 18. I'm passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I've worked with kids for as long as I can remember and absolutely love it! I worked at Boston children's hospital for 4 years and was a nanny for a family in Boston for 2 years. I've worked for countless families in California and have had amazing experiences. My journey into childcare was inspired by my experiences and a deep desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Communication is key, and I keep parents regularly updated about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. I firmly believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and a harmonious environment for the children.
