Met Carmela in-person, took a lot of time after meeting her, to get her documents, reference, speak care.com to learn about next steps, background checks, she sent documents then when it came to reference checking, she mentioned she found another family to work with. I just find it a waste of precious time. Candidates should come prepared when meeting, which could have expedited hiring process!
