I have a BA in Elementary Education (K-8), a Masters in Reading as a Literacy Specialist (with a focus of Dyslexia), and am currently about 2 years away from earning an Ed. D. in Organizational Leadership. I am a certified teacher and a certified principal. I have ran multiple Sylvan Learning Centers, taught PK- Middle school (all subjects), and been a principal for PK-HS. I love to find what works best for kids to make subjects not only make sense, but for them to find joy in learning as well. I have worked with students with different special needs, especially autism and dyslexia. I have also worked with gifted students. I have many educational resources to tutor or even private teach. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a mom to a 16-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son.
