I actively listen to students, observe how they learn, and adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I am a certified teacher and experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrate successes, and foster curiosity. Open communication is essential; I keep parents informed and create a collaborative environment.
