I am a compassionate, warm, reliable companion with a background as an Activities Director and over 20 years of experience in Wellness and Yoga. I specialize in providing engaging, thoughtful support through conversation, light movement, and meaningful daily interactions. I bring a calm, attentive presence and enjoy helping individuals feel comfortable, connected and supported in their day to day lives. I'm looking for a job that engages my clients in their abilities and day to day living that brings quiet joy in our time together by focusing on their interests and capabilities. I started caring for seniors when I trained in yoga. Most of my clients were seniors. In my spare time, I like to cook, exercise, walk on the beach, read, play with my cat, spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I'm liberal, socially conscious, and love uplifting people. My skills include listening, gentle redirection, and asking thoughtful questions.
