About Courtney

Hi there! I'm a certified middle school math teacher with a Level 2 math certification. I have taught for 6 years, including at Perkiomen Valley School District, where I honed my skills in guiding students through the often challenging math class. However, when my daughter came into this world, I made the bittersweet decision to take a break from the classroom and become a stay-at-home. I have now tutored for three years and I have experience with students with disabilities, students looking to enter into Algebra 1 who need enrichment, and students who just need some homework help. I hold a degree in Middle Level Math Education from Millersville University, which certifies me in grades 4-8, Algebra 1, and Geometry. Notably, I have a proven track record of helping students achieve great results on standardized tests. My students consistently achieve above-average scores, reflecting my ability to effectively prepare them for these important assessments.
