About Cynthia

I've worked for the past few years pre and post grad as a volunteer art mentor and counselor to kids/teens (specifically those on the autism spectrum). I have several years of experience working with kids, teens, and young adults with special needs in the context of both education, mentorship, peer counseling and basic caregiving. I am autistic and therefore have a natural sense of understanding and respect for the needs and boundaries of these individuals, and I am passionate about engaging with them and providing them with opportunity to talk to and learn from someone who can relate to them and their unique struggles.
