About Desirea
Experience: 10 yrs
I have 17 years working with the elderly and disabled. I have come across dementia, Alzheimer's, Ms, cystic fibrosis, and diabetes, to name a few of the bigger ones. I'm kind, empathetic, and I always put your loved ones first. Them being able to stay in their homes happy and healthy are my goals. I enjoy taking them on outings and socializing when we have the opportunity to do so. I have also worked in a developmental disability group home that was state run for 3 years, a transport PCT for Newark Hospital for a year, and now Lakeview Health Services ad a Rehabilitation Coach for a year. I did go through CNA training back in 2009, but opted for in home care vice nursing home care. I am currently working with Lakeview Health Services in New York. Currently transitioning down to Florida, trying to get a feel for what's around. Would love to get back into home care as it is my true love of jobs. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
