Hi, I have 3 cats who love to be outside during the day and sleep with me on the bed at night. I love dogs and most of my experience was dog sitting my friends and family's dogs. I also had a previous roommate of 2 years who had a medium sized boxer of 45 pounds. She loved to keep my feet warm while I worked. And the first year she knew I was sad when my son went to college, so she would sleep with me. The second year she knew I wasn't sad anymore and preferred to sleep in her own doggy bed or on the couch.
