Elicia has been an absolute life changer for our family. Juggling our busy schedules, especially with three kids, was quite the challenge, basically impossible, until we made the decision to hire Elicia and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. She went above and beyond what we expected from a caregiver. Not only did she pick up our kids from school but also made sure they maintained their schedules, children nowadays also lead such busy lives. One of the most significant changes she brought into our lives was the return of family dinners. Previously, all of our busy lives kept us from sitting down together, but Elicia changed that. By the time we all got home, a delicious dinner was waiting giving us the opportunity to spend quality family time together. This ended up showing my wife and I that maybe our priorities were wrong, maybe we were working to much. That is why, with mixed emotions, that we had to say goodbye to Elicia, as my wife has decided to be a stay-at-home mom and I have been spending less time at the office.
