About Elizabeth

I am an experienced, caring nanny, early childhood educator, yoga teacher, and studio owner since 2017. For over a decade, I have had the joy of providing full or part-time care for infants and children up to 11 years old. My childcare philosophy is rooted in the belief that children thrive in nurturing, responsive environments that honor their unique needs. I draw from perspectives of responsive caregiving, child-centered learning, and attachment theory, and somatic practices, to support the whole child-socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. By carefully observing and responding to each child's cues, I foster trust, security, and self-confidence. I create opportunities for self-directed exploration and meaningful learning while maintaining consistent routines that encourage independence and resilience. Most importantly, I partner closely with families to ensure care is aligned with your values, developmental goals, and vision for your child's well-being.
