About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages. My last job was at Alameda elementary in a first-grade classroom as a 1:1 paraeducator, where I supported a student with special needs. This role strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to provide individualized care and attention in a structured environment. I was a nanny throughout college and an after school teacher at a private K5. I have extensive babysitting experience with multiple families. I'm comfortable managing daily routines, helping with homework, planning engaging activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow. I love spending time outside, reading, and being creative. I'm reliable, caring, and passionate about supporting children's development while making sure they feel happy and secure.
