About Emily

Hi ! I am a 4th year medical student about to receive my doctorate in Chinese Medicine this December. On the side, I tutor children under age 14. (Pre-K, Elementary, Middle School). Currently, I work with range of patients in clinic, treating various conditions, disorders, and have experience working with children in the field of medicine as well. My undergrad was in Health Sciences at Monmouth University and took many courses in Childcare/ Child psychology. I have a background in tutoring and mentoring children ages 3-15 for about 10 years and was a pre-school teacher before medical school. I look forward to helping you and your child succeed, reduce the stress and heavy load of difficult homework, exams, and studying. I also will make the process of learning fun, engaging, hands on, and super easy to understand. Communication and interpretation to children has always been my strong suit :) I can come to you, or we can meet at libraries/cafes. Looking forward to meeting you both!
