About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma and I recently graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Environmental Engineering and a 3. 94 GPA. I was president of the engineering honor society and have always excelled in math and science. I'm confident tutoring high school, AP, and introductory college-level courses--especially in subjects like biology, chemistry, environmental science, physics, and all levels of math through calculus. As an engineer, I've developed strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of scientific concepts, which I love helping students grasp in a way that actually makes sense to them. I did some light tutoring in high school and have always enjoyed working one-on-one with students. I'm patient, supportive, and good at explaining complex topics in a way that's approachable and clear.
