My husband had to fly in for a knee surgery in LA and the doctor changed the schedule last minute (earlier appointment). Ernest was flexible, communicative and dependable with the support we hired him for (pick-up after the surgery and airport drop-off). He even prepared a wheelchair well in advance and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I hope our family will not need his services again, but if I we had to, he would be out go to person in LA.
